Mino Games

As the art director at Mino Games, I oversaw a fully-remote art team on the Dimensionals property. Managing 15 artists across multiple departments, time zones, and continents. I was known to my team as a leader who builds a collaborative, creative and resourceful culture. I did this by trusting my people who trusted me in return.

Tiny Monster Studios

Many of the projects I undertook while running my studio involved collaborating with a diverse range of artists. As an art director, it was my responsibility to oversee style, colour, quality, animation, and other elements within each project, ensuring they were unified with the vision presented to the client.
